  1. In a large bowl, tear bread and add sautéed onion and celery.
  2. Add lean ground beef, carrot, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf pan.
  5. Combine brown sugar, cider vinegar, mustard, and remaining tomato sauce for the glaze. Pour over loaf.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 1.75 hours.
